Order Information

*If the item which is sold out still appears on our website, then we might probably get it back in stock. Restocking of an item usually lasts for a couple of weeks. Please check back in two weeks and meanwhile, you can also have a look at other items.

*If the item does not appear in our website anymore, it probably will not be back in stock again.

You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you. Codryo will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it is possible to exchange it. Please note that if you wish to exchange an item, shipping and handling costs are handled by Codryo.


Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 1 week for the credit to be reflected in your bank account. The returned item will be reviewed by Quality Assurance department in order to be accepted for return.


You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Codryo may cancel orders for any reason: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors, credit card payment is declined, etc.

We will sort out any issues with incorrect items right away. Please contact us with your order number, the incorrect item’s name and product number. We will get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

We ship worldwide! Keep in mind that some restrictions may apply depending on the country.

France – 1 to 3 working days

Europe – 3 to 5 working days

Rest of the world – 4 to 8 working days

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with the delivery information and a tracking link. It may take up to 1 working day for the tracking information to be updated.
